Global Solutions Operations FZE Acquires the MyForexFunds Brand from Traders Global Group Inc.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — September 28, 2026 — Global Solutions Operations FZE (“Global Solutions”), a Dubai World Trade Centre free zone establishment, today announced that it has acquired the MyForexFunds brand from Traders Global Group Inc. (“Traders Global”), an Ontario corporation. The transaction closed on August 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition comprises the MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks, logos and brand elements, the myforexfunds.com domain and associated websites, and the brand’s official social media accounts. Global Solutions now holds all right, title and interest in the brand.

MyForexFunds operated as a proprietary trading firm until August 2023, when its operations were paused in connection with regulatory proceedings in the United States and Canada involving Traders Global. Global Solutions is a separate entity and has not assumed any liabilities or obligations of Traders Global. Traders Global remains solely responsible for its discretionary rewards program for traders whose accounts were affected in August 2023. Traders Global has engaged Global Solutions, under a services agreement, to administer the remaining phases of that program on its behalf. Global Solutions acts solely as a service provider in that capacity. The program remains Traders Global’s program, and all determinations under it continue to be made at Traders Global’s discretion. Murtuza Kazmi, Chief Executive Officer of Traders Global, holds no ownership interest in Global Solutions, will not hold any position with Global Solutions, and will have no role in the management or operation of the MyForexFunds brand under its new ownership.

We are also in discussions with members of the original MyForexFunds operations team about joining Global Solutions, because members of the original team bring experience no one else has. We expect to make an important announcement regarding the brand in the coming weeks.”

“Over the past several months, Traders Global has issued discretionary rewards to traders under the Evaluation program, and we have engaged Global Solutions to complete this process throughout all programs and cater to all remaining accounts on our behalf,” said Murtuza Kazmi, Chief Executive Officer of Traders Global. “These traders have been patient for more than three years, and completing that process remains our priority. Placing the administration with the team that now owns the brand is the most direct way to finish it. MyForexFunds is a brand worth building on, and it belongs with a team that can do that. Global Solutions is not currently offering any products or services under the MyForexFunds brand. An important update regarding the brand is expected in the coming weeks, and all announcements will be made through the brand’s official channels. Traders with questions or pending submissions under the discretionary rewards program should continue to use the existing submission and communication channels, which Global Solutions will now administer on behalf of Traders Global.
